Nikos Anastasopoulos is the Co-Founder, Vice President, and CEO of AGT Engineering & Services Group, an international organization operating in construction, technical projects, facility services, and industrial engineering. For more than 30 years, he has led the Group’s strategic development, delivering complex, high-value projects for major organizations in Greece and across Europe and the Middle East, including Italy, France, Spain, Turkey, Romania, Jordan, and Tunisia.

He has developed innovative models of technical support and facility management for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, office environments, and hospitality assets. His leadership focuses on strategy, organizational growth, and building long-term partnerships that create sustainable value for clients and stakeholders.

Nikos is also an active angel investor, supporting early-stage startups in technology, energy, and industrial innovation. He is a member of the CEO Clubs Network and the Hellenic Association of Entrepreneurs (EENE). In addition, he participates in the Virtual Advisory Board (VAB), a global community of senior executives dedicated to strategic thinking, leadership development, and cross-industry knowledge exchange.

He holds a master’s degree in civil engineering from Democritus University of Thrace and is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE). He previously served as Vice President of the Hellenic Maintenance Society and is a founding member of the Hellenic Facility Management Association. He also actively supports social impact initiatives through collaborations with non-profit organizations such as Make-A-Wish Greece and the Emfasis Foundation, among others.

Nikos believes that real progress — personal, professional, and organizational — is driven by collaboration, meaningful dialogue, and continuous development. He is married and the father of two sons and a daughter.
