SHORT BIO
Konstantinos is a senior executive, who currently holds the position of Chairman & CEO at UNISON Group of Companies.
Prior to this role, he has assumed various positions of increased responsibility both locally and on a regional level, in the Facility Services sector, in the Pharmaceutical sector and the Cosmetics industry. More specifically, he has worked as the Chief Finance Officer for ISS (5 years) with responsibility of Greece, and Romania for the last year, as a Finance Director for Pfizer (4 years) for Greece, Malta and Cyprus, as a Planning and Reporting Manager for Pfizer (4 years), Planning and Reporting supervisor for Avon cosmetics (2 years) and Financial Analyst for GSK Pharmaceuticals (2 years). During his time at Pfizer he was a member of the Finance Committed at SFEE as well as member of the Tax Committee at the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout his career he has gained significant experience in M&A’s, MBO’s and business transformation.
He holds a BSc in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA. Moreover he has acquired professional certification in leadership from INSEAD, France.
He is married with 2 children and in his free time enjoys windsurfing, diving, sailing and playing tennis.
