Nikos is the CEO and Co-founder of AMCO S.A.
With a Diploma of Electrical & Computer Engineer, National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and a MBA, he closely monitors and controls AMCO’s business divisions activities since 2005. Nikos believes that the biggest challenge for a CEO today, is to keep growing while staying on top of industry trends. His wealth of knowledge includes leading practices in the field of technology and his know-how in operations management expertise, contributes to the increase of company’s financial value. He has managed in only a few years to grow the company while the fame and respect towards AMCO’s products and services abroad continually expands. “At AMCO, our main objective is to create solutions which cover today’s needs but also anticipate and respond to future mobility challenges. We combine different solutions and components and we also develop complete systems to provide reliable and accessible transport mobility services”.

Amco was established in 2005 by a highly skilled team of experienced professionals with a vision to produce advanced Intelligent Transport System and Innovative Solutions for Smart and Sustainable Cities. From bus and rail transport to parking and bike sharing systems we simplify mobility services around the world. Our core competence is the exclusively in-house product design and manufacture, which are custom made, as well as the efficient after-sales support. All AMCO’s products are designed and manufactured in our production facilities in Korinthos, where teams of mechanical, electronic and software engineers give great detail in product development. Along with our highly trained R&D department in Athens, AMCO provides high quality integrated solutions, which adhere to the latest international standards for interoperability. We aim to build a strong relationship with long-term partners throughout the world, whether they are small companies or global enterprises. As a pioneer in its field, AMCO leads the Greek market and has also implemented intelligent transport projects globally, in more than 15 countries with the number increasing.
