SHORT BIO
GEP, founded in 2000, has grown to the leader of the industry, driven by its vision of making Health and Safety culture a pillar of prosperity and sustainable development for every organization, employee and individual.
Our services cater to high-risk sectors, including construction, manufacturing, renewable energy and oil & gas industry, while also holding a prominent market position in the services and retail sectors. We prioritize innovation through dedicated R&D investments and comprehensive training programs encompassing Health, Safety, Environment, Quality Management, and other relevant areas.
A significant milestone for GEP is our collaboration with the European Commission, conducting health and safety audits in over 80 non-EU countries. We are the first certified training provider in Greece by the Global Wind Organization (GWO), offering both Basic Safety Training and Advanced Rescue Training for wind farms. Furthermore, our partnership with NEBOSH brings world-class training to enhance the health and safety culture of Greek industries.
We are currently keeping more than 250.000 employees from 3.000 organizations and 13.000 premises nationwide safe, and we contribute to a healthier workplace, which eventually leads to people’s increased productivity, loyalty and accountability.

George Lambrinos is the President and CEO of GEP Group and the President of PASYMEP EXYPP, the nationwide association of Health and Safety services providers in Greece. In his institutional role and as the head of the leading Health and Safety company in Greece and SE Europe, he constantly envisions and aims for the enhancement of the industry within our country. By participating in European and international innovation projects, he reinvests his wide knowledge and experience with the ultimate goal of enhancing the whole sector. Focusing on the future of Health and Safety, he systematically incorporates innovation and technology and introduces international interdisciplinary collaborations. He unwaveringly invests in the development of his team, advocating for values such as equality, individual freedom, and human-centeredness. George holds a Master of Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Patras and an MBA from Nottingham Trent University.
