SHORT BIO
Konstantinos Mavros has significant and diversified experience in the broader energy sector and the fields of corporate finance and technology. He has worked in the past in the Renewable Energy Sector and has been leading companies in the technological field. He has also co-founded a Venture Capital fund supported by the European Investment Fund. He is an active member and holds key positions in several international professional and academic associations and has been a visiting lecturer at the Athens University International MBA program. Mr Mavros holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Imperial College London and has completed high level executive education programs at Harvard Business School.

With a clear focus on a structured strategy, it is continuously expanding its capacity through organic growth, partnerships and acquisitions. The company's strategic goal is to further expand its portfolio in new renewable energy technologies, such as offshore wind and floating photovoltaics, and to develop energy storage systems with batteries.
PPC Renewables has currently a portfolio of approximately 2.3GW. Construction of additional projects of around 3.8GW (excl. large hydro), in total, has started or will start immediately, including the flagship 550MW photovoltaic project located at the old mine field area in Ptolemais, one of the largest photovoltaic projects in Europe.
Based on the Group’s current strategic plan 2025-2027, PPC Renewables aims to build an expanded and diversified portfolio of RES and energy storage projects, which is expected to reach 8.6GW (excl. large hydro) by 2027.
